Our facility offers seven rooms of spacious seating, our popular 1,200-square-foot private outdoor patio, and our 2,300-square-foot Grand Californian Ballroom where you can seat 180 of your closest friends for a full-service sit-down dinner. Whether you’re planning a business-related function or a personal milestone celebration, we have a variety of spaces available – and one is sure to provide the perfect backdrop for your event.

Boardroom

Our Boardroom is an ideal meeting space for any function with 10 or fewer guests. The conference table setting offers your guests a comfortable yet professional setting.

Cabernet

The Cabernet Room is the perfect size for groups in search of comfortable yet versatile meeting space. The room can be set up for an elegant dinner or a comfortable meeting.

ZINFANDEL

The Zinfandel Room is 360 square feet of function space that can be used for a small luncheon of 32 guests or a meeting for up to 40 guests.

Chardonnay

The Chardonnay Room, located on the ground floor, offers your guests versatile function space. It’s the perfect size for a meeting of 18 guests or less!

Merlot

The Merlot Room offers great flexibility for function space. If you are looking for a space with windows and natural light, the Merlot Room might be the perfect fit!

Vineyard

The Vineyard Room is 787 square feet of function space–perfect for a lunch or dinner with up to 60 guests! The Vineyard Room also offers enough square footage for different meeting room setups for over 30 guests.

Californian A Or B

Our Californian A or B Room is our Grand Californian split in half. With 1,134 square feet of function space, our Fresno Airport Hotel California room is perfect for any function with 40 – 80 guests.

Grand Californian

The Grand Californian Ballroom is 2,310 square feet of elegantly decorated function space. Perfect for parties of 180 guests, the beautiful chandeliers and wall sconces provide an intimate setting. The Grand Californian is also suitable for larger meetings with up to 250 guests.

Banquet Patio

Our Banquet Patio is a private outdoor area just outside of our Fresno Airport Hotel Banquet Hallway. Beautifully surrounded by trees and walls of ivy, this area is perfect for a garden party or outdoor wedding ceremony.
